Read this License Agreement carefully. By order any of redistribution plan, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

This Redistribution License ("Agreement") is made by and between Hexa Software Development Center ("Hexa SDC"), the owner of zipcodebuy.com, and the organization/individual accepting and entering into this Agreement in the manner stated above ("Licensee").

Hexa SDC hereby grants to Licensee, subject to the conditions stated in this Agreement, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to incorporate the ZIPCodeWorld(TM) and PostalCodeWorld(TM) database ("Databases") into the Licensee's Programs, copy the Databases, and distribute the Databases together with the Licensee's Programs. Licensee acknowledges that Hexa SDC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Database, including without limitation all copyrights and other proprietary rights.

1. Redistributions of Databases must retain the copyright notices as they appear in each database file, and the disclaimer/limitation of liability set forth as paragraphs 4 and 5 below.

2. Redistributions in text, original forms or other unprotected formats are prohibited to protect Hexa SDC intellectual properties. Licensee should remove unnecessary information from the Databases before distribution. Encryption or data scrambling is required.

3. The rights granted pursuant to this Agreement are contingent upon Licensee's payment of the license fees for the Databases.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty. The Databases are provided on an "AS IS" basis. No warranty is provided that the Databases are free of defects, or fit for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability. Hexa SDC shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the Licensee or any third party resulting from use of the Databases.
